Just because the flooring is waterproof will not automatically make all the connecting areas of your home waterproof - the subfloor and the walls will continue to not be waterproof. So any water could potentially get around and beneath the waterproof flooring (standing puddles, etc.) and will cause moisture problems down the road in your subfloor unless you glue it down.The glue we recommend is the Taylor Resolute which is virtually a waterproof glue and will prevent moisture from getting underneath it. https://www.greenbuildingsupply.com/Taylor-Resolute-Resilient-Moisture-Barrier-
