AFM Safecoat Polyureseal BP is the best product for wood floors, period. Like any floor finish, you will want to clean up food and water spills as they occur.
I discovered oak floors in my kitchen after pulling up layers of vinyl flooring. I want to sand the floor and protect with a non-toxic product that will stand up to a kitchen, My concern is to protect a floor susceptible to water food splashes etc. I can't leave the home and am sensitive to toxic fumes.
