We offer two non-toxic products for hardwood floors: AFM Polyureseal BP is a low VOC sealer which gives you a durable long-lasting finish and seals in off-gassing of hazardous chemicals. It can be applied over previously coated water based material and raw/unfinished wood. By comparison the Vermeister is a ZERO VOC finish, will not block emissions, and must be applied over raw/unfinished wood. The Polyureseal BP dries slightly faster than the Vermeister.
