For the inside of your wooden planter, beneath the soil line, do like you would for an exterior planter. We recommend AFM Safecoat's DynoSeal for this kind of project. Dynoseal protects your wood from excessive ground moisture and prevents the leaching of any chemicals into your soil, which makes it ideal for any garden. It is free of formaldehyde, solvents, or petroleum and remains elastomeric/flexible when dry. It is dark bronze in appearance and not recommended for the outside of your raised garden bed, due to its appearance. Then stain the outside of your planter with a stain, or paint with an exterior grade paint. We've an article on the subject of planters: https://www.greenbuildingsupply.com/Learning-Center/non-toxic-paints-LC/The-Saf
