I need a water based matte polyurethane/sealer to keep my floors in tact from cat urine (I know gross, old sickly cat) I have some concrete self leveler applied to one area and osb wood in other spots. I'm looking for a job toxic water based solution that will hold up on floors. Also we are going to be doing hardwood floors and looking for a water based solution for that as well?
