Can this be applied on a porch over your all purpose exterior satin paint?

If your porch is concrete, use AFM SafeCoat, Concrete Floor Paint or ECOS Exterior Porch and Floor Paint. If it's wood, we don't sell a paint particularly for ext. wood porches/floors. You can certainly do a test with that paint and Poly EXT, but not even AFM directly necessarily recommends that use.
