So double checking application process: brush on, the use a buff pad, then wipe excess? Also, second coat while wet will require walking on first coat � is this OK?

Yes, You are correct with the application. You can brush, roll or spray the product. Then you will buff for 10-15 minutes and apply the second coat while wet. It would be best to start from back of room and apply a section at a time. That way it will not be stepped on. Our application instructions are listed on the web page under PDF downloads.
