No. It cannot go over oil/wax. Acrylacq is a water-based product, and water and oil do not mix (can't bond to one another).
Can this be used on wood counter top coated with Tried and True brand linseed oil/ beeswax sealer? SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, Acrylacq, Matte Wood Stains & Sealers
