AFM Safecoat Safe Seal was designed to block VOC emissions from porous surfaces. Pet urine is not a VOC and therefore, this will not provide the protection you are seeking.However, AFM has recently announced a new product that is designed specifically for organic odors like smoke, pet urine, essential oils etc. It will be available within the next month so please stay tuned.
