I got some of this on the cement in our yard and it now appears stained. What do you recommend cleaning it with and do you think the oil stain can be fully removed?

Oils are designed to penetrate deep into porous surfaces and may be difficult to remove. Typical cleaners and degreasers will probably not work. Possibly some solvents may work which, unfortunately, are toxic. A clay type of poultice might also work to absorb the oils. Usually oils dry out and dissipate over time when exposed to sun and rain.
