My dog has dinner-dates with friends a couple of times weekly, during which morsels of dry dog food are tossed on the floor a couple of pebbles at a time, and the dogs have to listen to where the food lands and/or sniff it out and find it. (Great 1/2 hour activity for inclement weather!) Would it be safe for our dogs to lick up morsels of food off the floor with this product on it? Thanks. We recommend our AFM Naturals Penetrating Oil or Bioshield Herbal Oil instead as these are true food-grade product made with organic oils. The Oil Wax product, however, is not food grade.Once cured, the oil produces a very long lasting, durable and safe surface.
