Going to use this on a luan floor installed on the early 1980's. Removed the nasty carpet on top of it and it's perfectly level with the floor. Lightly sand it then apply this product. Thoughts?

We consulted with AFM Safecoat, and they feel that should work just fine. We both recommend you order a small sample online to test first to establish you love the look and feel of this on your luan before ordering the final product.
