We painted pallet wood using food grade items, like beet powder & matcha tea. Will this product work to retain their color?

AMF Acriglaze is meant for light duty applications such as covering artwork. A better product would be AFM Acrylacq or AFM Polyureseal BP. These will provide a more durable long lasting coating that are better suited to handle abrasion and moisture.
