Hello,we are considering an exposed cement concrete flooring and are wondering how to seal it. I do have very severe chemical sensitivities (MCS). Is the polyureseal suitable for this kind of application? Are there better options?Any help would be much appreciated.Kind greetings Lenny

For concrete that is clean, dry, neutral pH and porous, our GBS Penetrating Concrete Sealer is best for this purpose. It soaks in 3-5 inches and permanently seals the concrete from moisture coming up or down. It will not change the look or texture of the surface at all. It is non-toxic and ultra-low VOC. Easy to apply with garden style pump spray or roller. Usually it takes 3-5 coats to saturate the concrete. 15 year warranty against moisture intrusion.
