Safe Seal will do well in that situation. Just make sure to not directly walk on the Safe Seal very much before putting the pad and carpet as it's not meant for that long term.
I want to seal new OSB subfloor before installing carpet pad and carpet over it. Is SafeSeal sufficient or do I need to use another product due to the friction of foot traffic? SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, Safe Seal Wood Stains & Sealers
