Acrylacq being a water-based product, it will not bond to your oil-based primer/paint combination (as water and oil do not mix). The application instructions (located on the product detail page in the downloads, I'm also including the direct link below for convenience) point out that it should only be applied over water-based finishes that are completely cured.https://www.greenbuildingsupply.com/core/media/media.nl?id=1661600&c=772072&h=8
