Can this product be applied after application of AFM SafeCoat, Concrete Floor Paint? And if so, how soon after the floor paint can we apply the polyureseal? And do we need to sand the painted concrete first?

Yes, AFM Polyureseal BP can be used over the Concrete Floor Paint once it has fully dried. We recommend 14 days. If the paint is clean and dry, there is no need to sand it. However, be sure to apply in normal temperature 50-80F and humidity 30-65% rH.
