AFM Polyureseal BP was made for abrasion resistance on wooden surfaces. It can also be used over painted surfaces and other non-porous surfaces. For cement or concrete, we recommend our AFM Mexeseal or AFM Penetrating WaterStop. Because it is not clear to us what the real purpose would be, it would be best to call in for more consultation.
