None of the products we sell are able to go over chalk paint as they won't stick. You would need to completely remove/sand off the chalk paint before going over it with something else.
I'm building a reptile terrarium out of plywood and have applied rustoleum chalked paint to it but just realized that there could be dangerous off gassing from the plywood. Could I use hardseal? SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, Safe Seal Wood Stains & Sealers
