How is Herbal Oil #2 different from plain old linseed oil, which is what I have used for preserving garden tool handles?

This is made of of 100% cold pressed Raw Flax Seed Oil with lead-free dryers. It's a food grade quality of linseed and it probably dries much faster. Most boiled linseed oils take a very long time to cure and often remain sticky or tacky for weeks.
