does it adhere to non sanded surfaces as I will be going over lead paint and wish not to sand?

Caliwel will adhere well to most surfaces that are clean, dry, free of oils, waxes and dust. If the surface is full of mold, clean it off. If the surface is questionable and you can't decide, then use our AFM Transitional Primer first, then use 2 coats of Caliwel.
