Hello. I recently enclosed my patio for my cats. A semi gloss metal paint was recommended for my walls for easy cleanup. Now, I'm worried the paint is toxic and contains harmful glycols. I want to repaint the walls but need to put a primer or barrier on the walls to seal the toxic paint. What do you recommend? Thank you

You will first want to remove the gloss of your semi gloss to ensure you get a good bond, then go over it with AFM Transitional Primer. Over that, if this is an exterior space, we recommend AFM Exterior Satin Paint. The combination of AFM primer and paint with help encapsulate the toxic chemicals of the underlying paint.
