We would recommend you lightly sand/abrade the AcriGlaze surface before you apply your waterproof seal on top just to ensure a good bond.
I've applied 2 coats and realize it is going to be an outdoor piece. Can I apply a waterproof seal on top of the safecoat matte? SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, AcriGlaze, Matte Wood Stains & Sealers
