If your epoxy finish is smooth/glossy then no, not without some prep. If you degloss that shiny surface then this water-based sealer might be able to stick. As this is a floor, with associated foot traffic, we would recommend you use something with better abrasion resistance like AFM SafeCoat Polyureseal BP. The same deglossing prep would need to happen. Also, as an additional caveat, the epoxy needs to be water-based. You can put water-based products like Polyureseal BP or Hard Seal over other water-based products...but you cannot put water-based products over oil-based products, as water and oil do not mix.As it's a "it might work" we highly recommend you order a sample and test first.
