I have installed pressure treated wood as the beams beneath my kitchen. The beams are at least 24 inches above the ground and have been treated with afm safe coat safe seal or hard seal I'm not sure which. But I had an allergic reaction to the wood chips that got on my sweater and am considering replacing the wood with pine. Would this product be correct for that? The house is in florida and is subject to termite infestation. Please advise. Thanks!

You may certainly use the EXT Polyureseal Clear on the new pine beams. Be aware that this product will not deter termites at all. We do not sell anything that will.
