We would suggest AFM Polyureseal BP, which is our strongest clear coat meant for floors. It is considered non-toxic and low odor until dry. If you have concerns with moisture in the bathroom, we also have an exterior version called EXT Polyureseal BP and that can be used indoors as well. Both products are water-based and will not adhere over oil. Sanding before the application is recommended.
