We sell a metal primer, which we would recommend to go over the non-painted metal. The Transitional Primer can go over the already painted metal. Once your surfaces are appropriately primed, you can go over those surfaces with AFM Safecoat Zero VOC Paint (if interior pipes). If exterior pipes, use an exterior grade paint such as AFM Safecoat All Purpose Exterior Satin.
