I make charcuterie boards, would this be ok to use as a sealant on top, it's will have different cheeses arranged on top of board?

AFM Acriglaze is a non-toxic topical sealer but is not something you would cut on. The only truly food grade sealers are our AFM Naturals Oil, Bioshield Herbal Oil, or Bioshield Wood Counter Finish. These are all penetrating sealers and require a porous freshly sanded surface prior to application.
