AFM Polyureseal BP is non-toxic water-based and it has a one -two year shelf life and should not be stored in an unheated space as it can freeze.
Like Minwax or Varathane oil based polyurethane, does this gel up after storage, even in airtight paint cans? I am assuming not since it is in a jug with what appears to be an air tight cover. Is this water based? SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, Polyureseal BP, Matte Wood Stains & Sealers
