Can I use this under and over wood projects with Vinyl designs made from a Cricut machine?

It would certainly work over raw wood. Vinyl we are not sure about (we do not sell, nor support vinyl). We recommend you order a sample size and do your own testing to see if it works well and gives you a finished look you love.
