I am hoping to safely cover a wood cabinet that still has a small amount of lead paint residue. I want a product that will provide a clear finish. It is the inside of a bathroom vanity, so some water resistance is required. Would this product be recommended for my project? Thank you!

Safe Seal is not a clear finish, so that is not recommended.My top recommendation for a wood cabinet with water based paint would be AFM Safecoat Polyureseal BP. This will dry clear, will provide water (and abrasion) resistance, and also block VOCs.
