Pine can be very tricky to deal with as it is very soft, porous and often contains pitch which makes uniform staining a challenge. Both of these products are very good and will work. We've used AFM Naturals Oil Wax throughout our showroom on the maple trim, doors and millwork with great success. It is only available in the natural color which will amber your wood about 10-15% for sure. If you prefer to stain your wood, then Rubio makes sense as it is a stain and sealer all in one. It is also zero VOC but it does cost more. Both need to be buffed into the wood with a buffing machine if you want long lasting results.
