We used Mixwax Fast-Drying Polyurethane Satin on raw cherry hardwood flooring in one room. We've done 3 layers already. The off-gassing has been horrible! We plan to use another product in the remaining rooms. Would you recommend using this product. AFM SafeCoat, Polyureseal BP, as a 4th layer to seal it in order to prevent more off-gassing? We sell no products that are formulated to be applied over oil-based products, and Minwax product is an oil-based product. For the other areas you are needing to apply something over raw wood, the water-based AFM Safecoat Polyureseal BP will do lovely. Order small samples online first to test.
