Can Caliwel be painted over Penetrating Concrete Sealer? We have some moisture in our basement well room. The walls are concrete block and we get efflorescence and mold on them. I'd like to keep the mold at bay in there, would the concrete sealer be enough or would we also need Caliwel to prevent mold growth from humidity? (We live in Minnesota, quite humid in the summers and very dry in the winter.) We aren't planning to do anything extraordinary to manage the air moisture in there, there is a door that connects to our finished family room that allows some air to move through the well room .
