I just finished overhauling some ratty wood outdoor rocking chairs. I primed them with water based Latex wood primer then hand painted them with acrylic paints. I am looking for a glossy non yellowing water based top coat to seal them .. would this work? Does this item work well for items outside in heat and cold? Does it have any UV resistant properties? The chairs will sit under a covered porch so they won't be directly exposed to weather extremes.

Acrylacq is an interior graded product, so not the best for exterior furniture. Instead we would recommend the AFM Safecoat EXT Exterior Polyureseal Clear. It will not yellow and is formulated to withstand exterior weather, temperature, and UV varied conditions.
