I have T111 in my basement and want to seal it? Do any of your products prevent the off gassing from T111 and pressure treated 2 x 4s?

If the T-111 is pressure treated, then we do not have anything that will seal it.If, however, it is not treated, then our AFM Acrylacq would work well as a topical sealer. This will also block VOC emissions which may be off-gassing.Sorry, we have nothing for pressure treated 2x4s.The Acrylacq will not bond to it.
