If the black mold can NOT be removed & the wall/ wood floor is inundated with it. Will this product still kill the mold and stop it from reproducing? (we would clean best we can)

Yes, if you clean and paint over the moldy area it will stop the current mold and inhibit further mold growth for a period of time. The best scenario would be for you to do whatever you need to correct the issue that caused and encouraged the mold in the first place, then apply Caliwel.
