I would like to seal a recipe card on a cutting board/wood serving tray, would this be the appropriate product to use? Is it food safe?

We suggest using AFM SafeCoat Polyurethane BP which is food safe, however it is not edible. Therefore, it would be ideal for use on a serving tray but not on a cutting board. We do not recommend AcriGlaze because it is not as durable nor edible.
