You can test a few small areas to see if AFM Safecoat Naturals Clear Penetrating Oil can be absorbed by the wood. If not, you would need to re-sand the whole deck with 120 grit sandpaper to rough it up.
Into non-toxics & meant to safecoat new cedar deck (1000 sft) but contractor has sanded it to 180 grit. What are my options? SAMPLE - AFM SafeCoat, Naturals Clear Penetrating Oil Wood Stains & Sealers
