Nothing we sell unfortunately. For organic odors like cat urine your best bet would be to go full chemical and use some kind of shellac sealer. The marginally good news is we do sell products that can encapsulate the shellac after it has dried. Zinsser B.I.N. Shellac, minimum 4 coats to start with, available at most big box hardware stores. You can top coat over the Shellac once it has dried with AFM Safecoat Hard Seal or Safe Seal to encapsulate the shellac off-gassing (or paint, with AFM Safecoat Transitional Primer and Zero VOC Paint). The AFM products are wonderful at containing chemical off-gassing, but will do nothing for containing organic smells such as urine, cigarettes, smoke and perfume. Which is why you need the shellac step.
