For painted cabinets, our top recommendation would be AFM Safecoat Acrylacq. You could use Hard Seal in a pinch if you do not mind the gloss finish. In either case, the painted cabinets MUST have been painted with a water-based paint. These products will not work with oil-based undercoats. We sell samples online if you'd like to test first.
