I'll start with one of our favorite phrases: "Please test a sample of this product on a corner, or cut-off piece of the same material". I say this primarily because I have not had any experience testing this product on top of anything printed with UV Ink. It's a water based product. I worry that it will cause rehydration of the materials and could cause issues in that way. Also, is the latex primer Oil or Water based? This water-based product will not adhere to oil based latex. If it is a water based latex, then the next step is sampling.
