It's a wonderful option. Silacote is for walls or ceilings and not for floors. It must be applied over a masonry substrate such as concrete, stucco, brick, fiber-cement, or MGO board. The surface must be clean, dry, porous, and free of paint, sealers, oil, or wax. It must be used with a Silacote Primer and mixed 1/3 primer 2/3 paint. It comes in a smooth or textured finish and can be tinted to over 100 pastel colors. It can be applied with a brush, roller, or sprayed. Only one prime coat and one top coat are needed.
