We have an oak cabinet (veneer shelves and sides, solid doors and trim) that was built about 30 years ago by a local carpenter. We love it but it has had a "doggie doo" smell inside ever since we got it when it was new. It still does! It looks totally normal, but when you open the doors, there it is. Humidity seems to make it worse. We do not know what kind of finish it has, but it is not bare wood. Do you have any suggestions on how we could mitigate this problem? It was less an issue when we lived in Arizona, but here in Indiana it has gotten worse.

Before we can make any recommendations, we'll need some additional information so that we can try to determine the cause of this order and what you might have done over the years to try and mitigate it. Please give us a call at (855) 496-0791.
