AFM Safecoat Polyureseal BP is a high solids, high build sealer comparable to conventional urethanes in performance with exceptional durability and abrasion resistance, but without the harmful ingredients. Floors finished with AFM Safecoat Polyureseal BP fare well in homes with dogs, but of course the behavior of the dog is also a huge factor in that equation.It is possible to scratch ANY flooring surface, so we recommend preventative measures such as: removing shoes, putting coaster pads under furniture legs, using good walk-off matts at the entryways. A minimum of three coats is recommended but four coats would be wise in high traffic areas.
