Does this work over sanded wallpaper glue residue?

AFM Transitional primer bonds to most surfaces, but there are lots of different types of adhesives, so it's hard to know for sure. We are 90% certain. If you want to be 100% then please order a sample and test for adhesion first with a small sample.
