I ran out of AFM transitional primer after using three gallons for three rooms, and my painters were not really able to get a good cover on the master bedroom with new drywall. I am not happy with the thin layer of primer that is on the walls. My question is can I use the gallon of ECOS drywall primer over top of AFM transitional primer to get a more even coverage than I have? I like how our other rooms look with a very good coat of AMF and always believed it is important to have good solid coat of primer for a nicer paint finish.
