The specs say "Requires no transition strips for 3200 SF or 60 lineal feet of flooring." Does that mean I don't have to put in t-molding in doorways within as long as they are within a 3200 SF rectangle and no dimension is more than 60 ft?

That is correct. If you have waterproof cork flooring flowing from one room into another room you do not need to put in t-molding in the doorway as long as both rooms are within that 3200 SF and no dimension are more than 60 ft in the combined room area. Please note that there is an installation requirement to provide 5mm (0.2) expansion gaps between the edge of the floor and the walls or other fixed objects like cabinetry, pillars or floor registers.
