This Velcro Backer Pad Driver is an attachment for any cordless drill. It's ideal for applying and buffing oil-based stains (white or red Application & Scrub Pads). It's also great for heavy duty cleaning of rough surfaces such as rust, paint, or metal (use green or black pads).
To attach the 3" Application & Scrub Pad, simply press on to the Velcro Backer. That's all there is to it. Let the pads do the work so you don't have to.
