You keep the samples. You just won't receive the $25 credit toward your floor purchase. The rental fee is non-refundable if the box isn't returned โ€” though we ask for the return because we reuse and replenish the boxes to avoid landfill waste.
Most sample boxes ship within 1โ€“2 business days and arrive within 3โ€“5 business days depending on your location. We ship nationwide. Return shipping is pre-paid โ€” just drop it back in the box and use the label included.
